There is no front desk to catch before it closes. Your door code and directions arrive by email before your stay, and the code opens your room from 4:00 pm on the day you arrive.
Aim for Harrison
Our parking lot is off Harrison Avenue, the main road through town. Typing the Elm Street address into a phone sends most people to the back of the building, where there is no entrance. Come in off Harrison. Pin for the lot: Google Maps · Apple Maps
Parking
Free, in our own lot, right outside your room. Bring the truck and the bikes. Trailers cannot park in the lot, and one left there is a $250.00 fee, so if you are towing, call us before you arrive and we will tell you where to put it.
Check in
From 4:00 pm. Your door code is emailed to you before arrival and opens your room directly, so you can drive in late and go straight to bed.
Check out
By 11:00 am. Leave the key code behind; there is nothing to hand in.
Pets and smoking
We do not accept pets or emotional support animals. Trained service animals are welcome. No smoking anywhere on the property, rooms or walkway.
Altitude
Leadville sits at 10,152 feet. Drink more water than feels necessary, take the first day slowly, and go easy on the first night’s beer.
